Lead Analyst

Lead Analyst Central London – 4 days per week in office Up to £70,000 A growing hospitality provider is seeking an Analytics Lead to shape pricing strategies and optimising revenue streams across its own portfolio. This newly created role is a chance to build out the company’s commercial analytics capability, act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, and bring structure and insight to financial and operational decision-making. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with cross functional teams to analyse revenue performance, pricing, and profitability across varied markets Build and maintain SQL pipelines and Power BI dashboards to deliver clear, actionable insights Establish reporting frameworks, data models, and self-service capability Lead and mentor a small analytics team, embedding best practice and consistency Support budgeting and forecasting with robust data-driven analysis Deliver ad hoc analysis on campaigns, promotions, and operational efficiency initiatives SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (Required) Strong SQL skills and proven experience with data visualisation tools ( Power BI preferred) Background in commercial or financial analytics with clear business impact Experience mentoring or managing analysts and introducing best practices Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Hands-on approach, comfortable working in a developing analytics environment NOTES 1st stage remote, 2nd stage in-person - this is a fast interview process!
