Director of Food

The House of Bruar seeks a passionate food lover and experienced industry professional to join our dynamic team as Director of Food. You will have overall responsibility for our 'Best in Scotland' Food Hall, our 600-seat restaurant, our Scottish ice cream parlour, the Fish and Chip Shop and our growing hamper business. The successful candidate will possess innate creativity and an infectious passion for food and service, which will be seasoned by significant experience and a proven track record in the food, retail, or restaurant sector – all of which you will bring to bear in this role. You will be a good manager of people and talent, but also have the ability to lead from the front, maintaining a strong presence on our shop floor. You and your team will take the lead in product and service development, adding further lustre to Bruar's excellent reputation as a showcase for the best of Scotland's larder.
