Your contribution to the mission Join our multi-faceted Sales Team, with primary focus on Empatica’s wire range of B2B solutions for experimental research. You will be involved in all stages of the sales process, working closely with various teams at the company, including the Business Development, the Accounting, the Logistics, and the Customer Happiness teams to deliver top tier service to our customers. Beyond this, you’ll help us provide high quality service, and best of all, improve people’s lives. Your day-to-day activities Pipeline management (inbound) Sales processes optimization Sales Metrics monitoring and reporting CRM tools management (Salesforce, Odoo, etc.) Learn a lot Be challenged Some important details Empatica is an international environment with offices in Europe and the US, and so we conduct all our work in English.
