Candidate Requirements: Grade 12; a relevant hospitality qualification will be advantageous Previous experience in a similar lodge or hospitality role Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent communication and guest-relations abilities Confident handling of daily operations and admin Well-presented, service-driven, and proactive Computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems Knowledge of food and beverage service Ability to manage stock and handle basic financial tasks Team player with a hands-on, proactive approach This is a live-in role.
