Program Analyst (IQCS)

To qualify for this position at the GS-11 grade level, you must possess all of the following minimum qualifications, and time-in-grade requirements by closing date of the announcement: EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-09, in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to successfully perform the duties of this position and I have at least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors). Experience at this level must include at least one of the following: Work directly related to entry, upkeep and management of incident response qualifications, certifications and training data using the Incident Qualifications and Certifications System (IQCS); mobilizing resources using the Incident Resource Ordering Capability (IROC),system; assisting in oversight of incident management programs and activities, through tracking of incident response related data using systems including, but not limited to FBMS and e-Isuite for fire and emergency services personnel. You must include hours per week worked. -OR- EDUCATION: Successful completion of at least completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M in a related field.
