Site Manager Fuel & Retail

Job Specification Reporting into the Regional Operations Manager, the incumbent would be responsible for managing a fuel station, convenience store and quick service restaurant(s). This includes overseeing sales, staff, inventory and operational & administrative systems and controls. Minimum Requirements National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 4 years' experience in fuel and retail with a proven track record in a managerial capacity. Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with a high level of proficiency. Strong business acumen Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of retail operating systems Key performance indicators The GOLD business imperatives displayed below will be used as key indicators in sourcing competent candidates for this critical role.
