Candidate Requirements: A minimum of 35 years of management experience as a couple. A driver's license and personal transportation are essential. Energetic and proactive individuals with a clear understanding of the importance of providing a world-class guest experience, along with the ability to deliver it. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Passionate about sustainable tourism and conservation. Unwavering attention to detail and high standards. Proven history of experience within the hospitality industry is essential. This is a live-in role, with a leave cycle of 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
