Casual Houseman (Lodges)

Lodge Housekeeping is looking for a responsible individual for a fixed term period that will ensure a high standard of cleanliness and services is maintained in all lodges, public areas and laundry in accordance with all policies and procedures set by Delaire Graff Estate. Responsibilities: To create a clean, orderly, and well-maintained environment for the guests and team members To set-up and breakdown, the main pool deckand all lodge pool decks Maintain the cleanliness of all windows through the lodges and reception areas including skylights Assist with the cleaning of lodges and public areas as directed by management Collect, deliver and labelling of guest luggage on arrival and departure Ensure that all repair and maintenance problems are reported To anticipate and respond to all guest needs quickly, efficiently and courteously Ensure that all guest complaints are brought to the attention of management Follow all reasonable instructions Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a houseman Passionate about the hospitality industry Excellent ability to pay attention to detail Friendly and helpful Honesty, flexibility and accountability Punctual and self-discipline Professional manner and attitude Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Reliable and adaptable Delaire Graff Estate is an equal opportunity employer.
