Project Manager

We are working with a unique global architecture and interior design firm, who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team and spearhead a new Retail & Hospitality division. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a new service line, becoming the first of your kind within the business, with the potential to make a real impact on future growth. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing retail and hospitality fit-out projects, from budgeting and tendering through to delivery. You will be adept at balancing multiple stakeholders, managing contractors on-site, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality. Requirements: 5 years’ construction project management experience in retail/hospitality Strong client-facing and contractor management skills European project delivery experience essential Project Management qualification desirable This role offers the chance to travel internationally, manage high-profile projects, and grow a new division within an award-winning practice.
