Job Description

Responsibilities Streamline all administration policies, procedures and management including office management, fixed assets management, mobile phone, company car, business insurance, ticket / hotel / accommodation, business trip expenses, meeting / annual party events, team building, employee recognition and so on; Facilitate the improvement office operation efficiency through local, region and HQ. Ensure to align all local admin related compliance including office insurances and Health & Safety. Manage day-to-day administration actives including office management, invoice process, purchasing, stationary, company car / mileages, fixed assets, SIM card, accommodation management and access control. 4. Manage office budget to ensure all cost reasonably spent. Facilitate team atmosphere and organize team building events; Support business the meetings or events, e.g. town hall meetings, roundtable, annual party. Assistant to senior leaders and manages business schedule, expenses, communications with local depts and HQ. Admin vendor assessment and PSL selection as well as J-18808-Ljbffr
