Construction/Glazing on-site manager

Overview We are seeking a Construction/Glazing On-site Manager to join our team. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and installation. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of glazing installation on a commercial residential project Well-versed in curtain wall, sliding doors, and windows installation sequence Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Manage materials on site Perform on-site surveys Qualifications Previous experience in glazing project management Previous experience in field installation Familiarity with construction management sequence Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline- and detail-oriented Company Description Design assist glass and glazing contractor. Projects include airports, hotels, universities and high end residential and mixed-use towers. Recently completed are the Hard Rock Stadium, Hollywood, FL and All Aboard Florida in Miami.
