Were seeking a Seasonal Spa Therapist to join our wellness team for the upcoming high season (November, December, and January). This 3-month contract is perfect for a qualified, guest-focused therapist who thrives in a dynamic, luxury hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver Spa Treatments - Perform professional facials, massages, and body treatments in line with the spa menu and guest needs. Guest Consultation - Assess guest preferences through consultations and recommend tailored treatments. Retail & Service Promotion - Promote appropriate spa products and additional services to enhance the guest journey. Spa Standards - Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and adhere to opening/closing procedures. Guest Interaction - Provide a warm, attentive service that ensures guests feel valued, relaxed, and cared for. Flexibility - Support spa reception and guest experience when required. Requirements Matric certificate (Grade 12) Recognised beauty/spa therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent) Experience in facials, massages, and body treatments essential Previous experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment advantageous Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional, detail-oriented, and guest-centric Must hold a valid South African ID Contract Details Seasonal contract: 3 months (November January) Important Application Notes Must be available for the full duration of the contract (November, December, and January) Only qualified candidates with spa therapy experience will be shortlisted Ensure your CV is 100% updated All applicants will attend a virtual introduction interview Recruitment aligns with the companys Employment Equity Plan.
