The lodge is known for its intimate atmosphere and commitment to delivering a truly authentic and luxurious safari experience. The successful candidates will be responsible for the full spectrum of lodge operations, including guest relations, staff management, and financial performance. We are looking for a couple who are not only skilled managers but also have a genuine passion for hospitality, a hands-on approach, and the ability to inspire a team to consistently exceed guest expectations. Candidate Requirements: 5-7 years in a senior management role. Experience managing a remote luxury lodge. Excellent leadership and team-building skills. Strong financial acumen. Experience with budget management. F&B management experience is required. Excellent guest relations skills. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Valid South African ID is essential. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are needed. Computer literacy is a must. This is a live-in role. No pets, No kids.
