Kitchen Assistant (Experienced) Location: Perth Pay: From £12.50 per hour (negotiable depending on experience) Hours: Full-time, including weekends About Us Kisa’s is a lively, fast-paced restaurant in a fantastic central location. The Role We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Assistant with at least a few years’ experience in a busy kitchen environment. You’ll play an important role in supporting our Chefs and ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen. Responsibilities: * Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes. * Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety. * Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation. * Thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping calm under pressure. * Communicate effectively and work as part of a supportive team. What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in a similar role (minimum a few years). * Strong work ethic and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. * A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
