Senior Project Manager

My client are a Main Contractor who are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Project Lead) to run an £80m project. Commencing at PCSA they would be expected to run this ‘cradle to grave’ with a proven track record in similar value schemes. Ideally they would be seeking individuals with hotels, commercial or student accommodation/residential experience in new build and refurbishment sector. Complex project both logistically and design, so the applicant must be well versed on this kind of challenging scheme. Interviews will be commencing in the next week, with the successful individual hopefully being secured or offered within the next 3-4 weeks
