Location: West/Central London, UK Start: September - Duration - 9 months/Temp-Perm on offer Rate: £280 - £320 a day Are you an ambitious Project Manager or Site Manager with a reputation for delivering Construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard? They deliver Commercial, Hotel and Residential refurbishment projects Key Responsibilities * Deliver mulitple quality refurbishment and maintenance projects * Manage live project from start to finish * Lead on the whole construction process to ensure project finshes on time and within budget * Programming (Asta or MS Project) * Person Specification * A proven history of delivering high-quality projects with precision and care * Technical know-how—especially JCT contract experience—to guide smooth delivery * Natural leadership skills to empower site teams and subcontractors * Confidence in client and consultant interactions, building trust and strong partnerships * A collaborative mindset—working seamlessly with commercial and operational colleagues * Dedication to health & safety, championing best practices across the project * Professional credentials in construction, and a hunger to keep growing * Apply now and lets discuss the opportunity further
