About the Role We are seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead a skilled in-house team through all phases of project delivery. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration from tender to completion—overseeing technical design, coordination of pre-construction activities, and site delivery workflows. Requirements * Proven experience in a technical or managerial role within interior fit-out, joinery, or related manufacturing industries. * Demonstrable leadership of technical design and pre-construction teams, ensuring high quality from tender stage through to site delivery. * Strong familiarity with modern manufacturing environments—ideally one with CNC machinery, veneering, metalworking, spray finishing, and comprehensive quality control. * Exceptional organisational and communication skills, capable of coordinating across operations, production, and client-facing functions. * Commitment to upholding standards of excellence and delivering innovative, client-focused solutions in a high-calibre, detail-oriented setting
