Job Title: Site Foreman - Hotel Project (Newcastle Quayside) Location: Newcastle Quayside Duration: 1 Week (Temporary) We are currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee a hotel project based on Newcastle Quayside. This is a short-term position, lasting for one week, providing key site management support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Role Responsibilities: Supervise site activities, ensuring health & safety compliance at all times Coordinate and oversee trades and subcontractors on site Monitor progress and report back to management Maintain high standards of site organisation and housekeeping Ensure work is carried out in line with project specifications and timescales Requirements: Previous experience as a Site Foreman, ideally on hotel or commercial projects Valid SMSTS / SSSTS qualification CSCS card (essential) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure H&S standards are met Rate: Competitive, paid weekly Start Date: Immediate If you are available for a week's work and can bring your site management expertise to this project, please apply today.
