We are seeking two ambitious and experienced Business Development Managers to take a lead role in driving sales and expanding market presence for a fast-growing, award-winning technology provider specialising SaaS & Hardware Solutions. This is a key senior-level role with the autonomy to shape strategic direction, develop high-value relationships, and open doors to new markets across the UK and internationally with an optional career progression to Senior Management What You’ll Be Doing * Identify and secure new business opportunities across a range of sectors including retail, education, public sector, hospitality and distribution. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and resellers – both new and existing. * Manage a robust pipeline of enterprise-level deals, from prospecting through to negotiation and close. * Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and key industry events. * Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations – in person and virtually. * Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and technical delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes. * Maintain expert-level knowledge of company hardware and software solutions, as well as competitor offerings and market trends (Full training provided on products and services). About You You are a proactive and confident sales professional with a proven track record in B2B technology sales. You’re able to engage with stakeholders at all levels and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Must-Have: * Proven Track Record in a senior B2B sales or business development role * Strong consultative sales approach and closing skills * Comfortable managing longer, solution-based sales cycles * Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills * Confident presenting to C-level stakeholders * Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills Desirable: * Experience in technology, AV hardware, or digital display environments * Existing network of executive-level contacts within target sectors * Experience responding to tenders and bids * Background in digital signage, kiosk technology, or AV integration What’s on Offer * Company Car * Christmas shutdown * Hybrid working (1–2 days remote) * Pension scheme * Comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme * Opportunity to grow with an innovative and forward-thinking business If this role sounds of interest and you would be keen to know more about the company and the role, then we would be keen to receive your application.
