With project values typically ranging between £5m and £25m, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estimator to step into a senior leadership role. As Head of Estimating, you will: * Lead and develop the pre-construction and estimating team, ensuring high-quality, competitive tenders are delivered. * Play a pivotal role in securing new business by working closely with the Board, Business Development, and Operations teams. * Oversee the preparation of detailed cost plans, tender submissions, and commercial appraisals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners. * Ensure robust risk management, value engineering, and innovative cost solutions. * Mentor and support junior estimators, driving best practice across the department. * Contribute to strategic decision-making at pre-construction stage to align with company growth plans.
