Job Brief – Multiskilled Operative (Tile Removal) Location: Henley-on-Thames Project: Hotel Refurbishment Duration: Long-term We are looking for an experienced Multiskilled Operative to join our team on a long-term hotel refurbishment project in Henley. Role & Responsibilities: • Use of a small breaker to remove tiles from walls safely and efficiently • Preparing walls for follow-on trades • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area • Following site health & safety procedures at all times • Working as part of a team and reporting to the site supervisor Requirements: • Previous experience in tile removal and light demolition • Competent in the use of a small breaker and hand tools • Valid CSCS card (preferred) • Full PPE • Reliability and a strong work ethic Benefits: • Long-term work with consistent hours • Competitive hourly rate (negotiable based on experience) • Opportunity to work on a high-profile refurbishment project
