SOUS CHEF LEATHERHEAD 5 STAR RESORT £41K DEP ON EXPERIENCE The Client Our client an Exclusive 5 star resort in Leatherhead are currently looking to recruit within their kitchen team for an Exclusive Clubhouse Sous Chef. Requirements As a chef to be successful within their team you should have: Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline This role will deputise for the Head Chef when required and will have responsibility for training new team members. The ideal candidate will also have strong admin skills Attention to detail, efficient and responsible Ability to work as part of a team and individually A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field Benefits 45 hr contract Accomodation Possible Driver will be essential.
