Head Chef, EC4 London, £55k Monday to Friday Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Head Chef to lead the kitchen and create exciting modern and on trend food for every day dining as well as a busy hospitality/events department. As the Head Chef, you will be Leading a team of 7 producing fresh seasonal food Creating a menu based on modern, on trend concepts with an Asian influence Producing authentic Chinese cuisine as required Cooking for the busy staff dining as well as hospitality and events Helping to drive the business and food offer forward Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week What we are looking for: A strong Head Chef with a stable proven work history Passion for food, hospitality and customer service Up to date knowledge with food trends and ability to produce dishes that wow in terms of flavor, presentation and creativity A knowledge of authentic Chinese food and flavours Financial awareness Enthusiasm, positivity and a friendly, can do approach If you think you have the right personality, approach and are looking for a new challenge, then apply immediately! *All candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK at the time of application INDLP
