Lead Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead Opportunity – London Region We’re kicking off a new 140-bed Premier Inn hotel project in Harrow (£17–18m) and looking for a Lead Quantity Surveyor to join from day one of the PCSA phase – starting next week. 12-week PCSA phase 87-week programme Take the lead on procurement and finalising contract sums Opportunity to be No.1 on site commercially (or a strong SQS stepping up) AQS support to follow Focused London work pipeline (Inside M25) – projects in St John’s Wood, Shepherd’s Bush, Hornchurch, Essex Salary: Up to £100k package (for the right person) This is a chance to get in from the start, fully understand the job pre-contract, and take it through delivery.
