Steel erectors / Riggers

ES Steel Solutions is a leading construction business specialising within the Nuclear and Defence industry. We have opportunities for experienced Steel Erectors / Riggers for a long term project based in Reading. Who This Job Would Suit This job is ideal for a skilled Steel Erectors / Riggers with a minimum of CSCS Blue skilled card, IPAF, and CCNSG certifications (or ACE card). All candidates should be experienced in operating construction lifting equipment following safety protocols. Due to the nature of our business it is a requirement that all candidates hold current (SC) security clearance or be in a position for our compliance team to process your clearance whilst you work on site. Key Responsibilities * Fix and bolt steel * Mark out steel work and cut steel where required * Adhere to Health and Safety procedures on site * Follow all instructions from Management * Operate construction equipment and machinery * Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards * Load or unload construction materials * Assemble and dismantle temporary structures * Perform site clean-up * Offload wagons in a safe manner Benefits * Competitive pay based on NAECI Blue Book rates * Lodge stipend of £355.67 per week * Overtime opportunities * Professional development in a high-standard construction environment * Long term contract Salary * Grade 5 (NVQ Level 3): * Basic rate £23.38 per hour * OT1: £32.73 per hour * OT2: £42.08 per hour * Hourly bonus: £2.37 * DIGS £355.67 per week * CIS pay rates available if you have a UTR number Contact Details Click apply or contact Dean Carthy at ES Steel for full details
