Food & Beverage Manager, F&B Manager An exceptional opportunity for a creative, leadership focussed Food and Beverage Manager. Overseeing multiple on-site venues to include a 150 cover restaurant, pub service, room service and event catering. Overseeing a team of up to 14 staff you will be an effective leader with business acumen. Core duties as follows; * Develop key operational procedures * Train and develop your team * Staff scheduling * Contribution to both bar and restaurant menu content * Control costs in line with budgetary * Maximise revenue opportunities. * Monitor and supervise team providing training and encouragement.
