Contracted hours: 40 hours – Full Time Working Hours: 3am - 11am (overtime is optionable) Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Location: Milton Keynes Pay: £14.70/hour Our people tell us you will be a great addition to the team if you can… Lead and oversee the mixing operations to ensure consistent product quality, food safety, and compliance with production schedules. Drive team performance and foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the mixing team across shifts. Ensure recipes are followed accurately and ingredients are handled, measured, and recorded correctly. Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, and all internal food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor equipment performance, escalate issues, and support preventative maintenance. We are looking for candidates who Understand mixing processes, food safety, and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, BRCGS) Can motivate and develop people while maintaining a high-performance culture Are confident decision-makers with strong problem-solving skills Possess excellent attention to detail and commitment to consistency Communicate clearly and work effectively with colleagues across departments What’s in it for you?
