Job description: Business Development Executive Luxury Retail Clients Location: EC1V Hours: Full-time Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Bonus: Performance-based bonus available About the Role We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us find and develop new business opportunities, while also building strong relationships with existing customers. What You’ll Be Doing * Building relationships with high end retail and hospitality clients * Reach out to potential customers by phone, email and LinkedIn * Understand customer needs and match them with the right products or services * Reconnect with old or inactive customers to explore new opportunities * Book in meetings, "lunch & learns", and training sessions (CPDs) with clients * Build strong, trusted relationships – acting more as a helpful consultant than just a sales rep * Work closely with your Business Development Manager to grow sales year after year * Keep our CRM system updated with accurate lead and customer info * Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity * Share helpful info to educate and engage prospects * Use social media to find new leads and promote what we do What We're Looking For * Great communication skills – both in person and on the phone * Friendly, confident and professional approach * A natural relationship-builder * Organised and able to manage your own time * Comfortable working to targets * Positive attitude and resilience when things don’t go to plan * Experience using a CRM (or willing to learn) * Team player who’s happy to work with others to reach goals Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Growth in your area * Number and quality of new leads * Sales conversion rates * Time management and reliability * Activity levels and contribution to team goals * Feedback from managers and colleagues
