Working Foreman/ Site Supervisor – Shopfitting Projects Pay Rate: £250 per day (self-employed), £75 per day travel/ staying away allowance Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (occasional weekends/nights may be required) Location: Nationwide – staying away from home may be required (allowance provided) The Role We’re recruiting for an experienced Working Foreman/ Site Supervisor to join the shopfitting contractor’s team, delivering fast-track commercial fitouts and refurbishments for quick-service restaurants, cafés, and retail units. Responsibilities: * Supervise site operatives, subcontractors, plant, and materials * Carry out hands-on construction work (carpentry, ceilings, partitions) * Review drawings and scope of works * Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain site documentation Requirements: * 2 years’ experience as Site Supervisor / Working Foreman (commercial fit-out/refurbishment) * NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent) * SMSTS qualification * Full UK driving licence, own transport and tools * First Aid, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness (advantage) Additional Info: * Self-employed basis * Staying away allowance provided If you have strong shopfitting experience and can hit the ground running, apply today
