About the job Working within the Reward & Recognition team, responsible for administering Employee Rail Staff Travel for South Western Railway. You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service is provided. Your main responsibilities will be: Administer Rail Staff Travel facilities for South Western Railway Colleagues, including the monitoring and actioning of the staff travel email inbox Be the key contact with RSTL and liaise with any Rail Staff Travel issues Administer all South Western Railway Retiree Passes, LUL Passes and DAT Passes Maintain Rail Staff Travel records Ensure the South Western Railway Employee Nominal Roll is updated and provided to Rail Delivery Group on annual basis Responsible for updating South Western Railway Colleagues Benefits Guide Support with the administration of 100% Attendance Support at any of the Recognition Events if required As a minimum, you will need to have: Previous experience working in an HR environment would be an advantage Strong time management skills with a proven ability to prioritise work load to business needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work within a team and also individually Experience with working with Office 365, Excel and Powerpoint A flexible approach to ensure customers needs are met and be able to use your own initiative The ability to work in a busy and lively environment About the location Overline House is conveniently situated overlooking Southampton Central Station and is easily accessible by public transport. The station is very local to West Quay, a hub for retailers and restaurants, and provides an excellent link between London, Coastal areas and the Isle of Wight.
