Your day-to-day will include: Advising guests on wine pairings to complement the menu Caring for and maintaining the wine store Working closely with the front of house team to deliver a smooth and memorable service Sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for wine with both guests and colleagues What we're looking for: We're seeking a Sommelier in Southampton who is ready to grow and expand their expertise.
