Field Sales Manager – Hospitality & Leisure Leeds £30,000 – £50,000 Basic Uncapped Bonus Car Allowance Laptop Mobile Excellent Benefits About the Role We’re seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Manager to join a growing B2B sales team, focused on the hospitality, leisure and catering sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven field sales experience to take ownership of their territory, win new business, and grow existing customer relationships. You’ll be working with a wide range of venues including pubs, bars, hotels, golf clubs and leisure operators, developing long-term partnerships while driving sales growth. This is a field-based role with flexibility to manage your own diary, combined with regular visits to head office. Key Responsibilities * Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the hospitality and leisure sector * Proactively generate new business opportunities and convert leads into trading accounts * Build strong relationships with decision-makers across pubs, bars, hotels, golf clubs and leisure venues * Work closely with senior management and account teams to deliver excellent customer service * Maintain accurate records on CRM, reporting activity and pipeline progress * Negotiate and close deals with confidence, ensuring repeat and referral business About You * Proven field sales / business development experience (essential) * Background in food & drink, catering, hospitality, leisure, or B2B services preferred * Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills * Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing * Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work autonomously * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively * Full UK driving licence required Desirable Skills * Previous experience working in hospitality (front or back of house) would be advantageous * Knowledge of the UK catering, licensing, or leisure industries What’s on Offer * £35,000 – £50,000 basic salary DOE * Uncapped bonus scheme (realistic OTE £70k) * Car allowance, laptop, and mobile phone * 21 days holiday bank holidays, with additional holiday rewards for length of service * Company pension * Full training and tailored personal development plan * Supportive and collaborative working environment * Regular team socials and staff rewards ⚡ If you’re ambitious, sales-driven, and passionate about the hospitality and leisure industry, this role offers fantastic earning potential and career progression.
