Mid-Level Quantity Surveyor – Major Residential/Hotel Development, Wandsworth We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering one of London’s landmark schemes. This £100m development in Wandsworth will deliver over 950 units across two high-profile hotels, setting new standards in design, quality, and scale. As part of the project team, you will: - Take ownership of multiple packages, ensuring they are delivered to budget and programme - Prepare and manage valuations, variations, and cost reports - Assess subcontractor applications and payments - Work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and project team to drive commercial success - Liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
