The Role: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle — from advertising roles and sourcing candidates, to placing them in assignments and nurturing lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Creating and posting engaging job adverts on job boards and social media * Sourcing, interviewing, and registering high-quality candidates * Ensuring all candidates are compliant and eligible to work * Coordinating temporary and permanent placements * Managing a temporary workforce and supporting their ongoing needs * Building strong relationships with existing clients * Proactively developing new business opportunities Who We’re Looking For: You’ll either be: ✔️ An experienced recruitment consultant (minimum 1 year in an agency setting), ideally with a background in any of the listed sectors OR ✔️ A results-driven individual from a sales or business development background who’s ready to make the move into recruitment In both cases, you should be: * A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills * Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive * Organised and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail * Passionate about delivering a high level of service to clients and candidates What’s On Offer: * Competitive basic salary of £28,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience) * Uncapped bonus structure rewarding performance * Pension scheme * Full training and mentoring for those new to recruitment * Ongoing career development and clear progression opportunities * Friendly, supportive team environment with a professional edge
