Head Chef

Are you an experienced Head Chef with a passion for fresh, high-quality food and exceptional kitchen leadership? GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a well-established, vastly recognisable Worcestershire based Country House Hotel. We are supporting their recruitment for an experienced Head Chef to join on a full time, permanent contract. This position can offer a competitive salary from £40,000 upwards, working a minimum of 40-hours a week, pending functions and events, working across two fully-equipped kitchens – one dedicated to events which are held year-round. You will manage a talented brigade including a Sous Chef, Junior Sous, CDP, Breakfast Chef, and Commis Chefs and working with a menu where the majority of dishes are cooked fresh on-site.
