Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for keeping things on track behind the scenes? We have an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in sales support or event management. Our client is looking for a motivated Corporate Relations Executive to join a busy sales team, providing essential day-to-day support that keeps everything on track and ensuring an outstanding client experiences across multiple venues. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate travel arrangements and golf bookings for clients * Prepare and organise client gifts and VIP stays * Assist with familiarisation trips, managing itineraries and logistics * Support diary management, meeting coordination, and take meeting minutes * Draft event orders and assist with budget tracking * Communicate confidently and professionally with clients via email * Support the planning and delivery of client events, occasionally requiring weekend attendance Who They’re Looking For: * Ideally someone with experience in events, sales or hospitality * Highly organised with a proactive, can-do attitude * A confident communicator with strong written skills * Comfortable working independently and taking initiative * A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Benefits: * 28 days annual leave * Company pension * Private medical insurance * Complimentary gym membership If you are a Corporate Relations Executive/Sales Support Executive and ready to get stuck in and grow with a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
