Junior Car Salesperson

Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist customers, helping them explore vehicle options that suit their needs • Support vehicle demonstrations and accompany test drives • Learn about our vehicle range, features, pricing, and promotions • Build rapport with customers to create a welcoming and trustworthy experience • Assist with finance and insurance documentation under guidance • Work closely with senior sales and service colleagues to deliver excellent customer care • Aim to meet monthly sales goals and develop your performance over time Requirements • Some experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or similar) • Excellent communication and people skills • Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales environment • Positive attitude and team spirit • Basic digital literacy (CRM systems training provided) Benefits • Competitive salary with commission (£27,000–£35,000 OTE) • Full training and mentorship from experienced sales professionals • Company car scheme and fuel allowance (where applicable) • Career development and progression opportunities • Pension scheme and health perks • Friendly, supportive team culture
