A well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a national presence is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Epping. Deliver landmark schemes across a diverse portfolio including Culture & Heritage, Residential, Life Sciences, Education, Hotels, Retail, and Sport Operate in both Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent capacities from project inception to completion Join an ambitious, collaborative consultancy committed to promoting from within Hybrid working pattern: 2-3 days per week in the Epping office Regular interaction with senior leadership, with real input into business development and client managementThe Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying) MRICS or currently working towards Excellent pre and post contract knowledge Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion and managing / mentoring junior surveyorsWhat's on Offer?
