The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role Why This Role? Take the lead on high-profile residential schemes across Greater London & the South East, including high-rise developments, regeneration, and build-to-rent projects. Work directly with the Head of Cost Management, gaining autonomy to manage projects, clients, and junior staff from day one. Expand your portfolio with exposure to other sectors including: Office fit-outs Student accommodation Retail Hospitality CommercialThe Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements To excel in this role, you'll need: MRICS, or a commitment to completing it. Proven Quantity Surveying experience with a UK consultancy. Strong pre- and post-contract skills, with the ability to manage projects independently. A successful track record of delivering Residential projects from start to finish. The confidence to lead a small team, mentor junior colleagues, and drive team growth.
