This is a genuine route to Associate Director, giving you the chance to lead projects, mentor staff, and play a pivotal role in regional growth. Why This Role? Deliver a wide variety of projects across Culture & Heritage, Residential, Life Sciences, Education, Hotels, Retail, and Sport. Take ownership from day one, acting in both a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent Hybrid working model: 2-3 days per week in the Epping office, remainder from home. Work closely with the leadership team while building strong client relationships.
