Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on Cut & Carve high spec projects with a reputable Main Contractor As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the project from procurement through to final accounting. You will be on site managing the full upstream process and client side responsibility with support from an overseeing manager. This is a full-time permanent position with locations across Central London. This is an opportunity to join an established main contractor who who have a strong pipeline of work, range of projects and excellent reputation. They have a turnover of over £150 million and work on projects valued up to £80m. Projects can include: hotels, commercial, retail, and residential under JCT D&B contract. Key Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor: The company are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is confident and enthusiastic with strong negotiation and communication skills creating long-lasting relationships. You will come from a Main contractor background, and be competent in managing the upstream and full commercial process.
