Job Opportunity: Freelance Construction Site Manager (Restaurant Strip-Out & Fit-Out) – Mayfair, London We are seeking an experienced Freelance Construction Site Manager to oversee a high-end restaurant strip-out and fit-out project in Mayfair, London. Start Date: Monday, 15th September Location: Mayfair, W1 Duration: 12 Weeks Contract: Freelance Project Overview: * Full strip-out and high-spec fit-out of a restaurant space * Tight programme with multiple trades and high-end finishes * Liaison with client, design team, and specialist subcontractors Key Responsibilities: * Daily site management and coordination of subcontractors * Ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard * Health & Safety management (RAMS, inductions, site compliance) * Quality control and snagging * Reporting progress to the project manager/client team Requirements: * Proven experience in managing restaurant/hospitality fit-out projects * SMSTS * CSCS * First Aid certification * Fire Marshal * PASMA * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to work independently and maintain high standards under pressure This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
