Adjust distribution strategies to increase occupancy. Analyze performance data including occupancy rates, ADR, revenue per treatment, and other KPIs. Manage operational pricing as defined by the Commercial Management. Develop weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and update the Commercial Management regularly. Manage availability and distribution channels, including OTA sales channels. Requirements Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Results-oriented and able to work under pressure. Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in Excel. Willingness to travel. Good command of written and spoken English. Preferred Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in hospitality or wellness sectors. Knowledge of revenue management software (e.g., RMS, PMS systems) and data analysis tools. Knowledge of French language. Degree in Management Engineering or related field is preferred.
