Manage onboarding calls with new clients. Monitor and manage cold email marketing campaigns. Maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups. Perform quality checks on our products. Handle first-level support requests. Take care of back-office tasks. Additional responsibilities based on your skills and interests. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic startup environment. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Ability to meet deadlines. Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative. Native-level proficiency in Italian. Ability to speak fluent English. Located in or near Northern Italy. Useful Skills (Not mandatory but appreciated) Experience using CRM or customer management tools. Basic knowledge of email marketing tools. Experience in managing marketing campaigns. Optional Skills (Nice to have) Interest in the field of artificial intelligence and the hospitality industry. Basic graphic design skills to improve support materials. Soft Skills Proactivity in solving problems and suggesting improvements. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment. Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
