Responsibilities Lift up to 45 lbs and perform duties that involve placing, inspecting, and receiving Food & Beverage deliveries. Prepare Purchase Orders and requisitions for materials, supplies and equipment. Qualifications Participate in month-end inventories for food, beverage, and operating equipment as required. Must have a high level of multi-tasking and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and multiple ordering platforms. A strong foundation in Culinary and food production processes will benefit the applicant as well. Knowledge of Inventory, cost controls and Florida Health Department standards is a must. Effective Communication, Research and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail.
