Enthuse customers and provide best experience through best in class hardware, software and technical support services Contact us directly if you have any questions about this open job position Responsibilities Setting up PC workplaces Installations, migrations and rollouts User administration via Active Directory User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues Deal with stock / asset management Provide support on meeting room / conferencing room Provide smart hand support for Server and network devices You contribute to exiting users with creative solutions and a service-oriented approach Qualifications 2 years Level 2 Support at large enterprise companies Ideally background as IT technician (desktop support) Familiar with ticketing system Experience in OS, Apps and hardware installation and troubleshooting depending on project products Good English and Italian language skills Location and Contract Location: Trieste (fully onsite) Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility to turn it into permanent) Be part of us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
