Being a Casino General Manager is more than just running a Venue, they are community hubs where people can relax, socialise, and enjoy a safe and welcoming environment. With a diverse range of games, top-notch entertainment, and a fantastic selection of food and drink you will promote an environment to excite and entertain! If successful, you will embark on an Industry leading 4–6-month intensive onboarding training program across multiple venues with access to learn from the very best Casino General Managers and Support team. You will be required to study for and pass the Personal Management Licence (PML) which is essential for this role. Candidates must be comfortable with the unique nature of the casino industry and operate confidently within a compliance and regulatory framework. Given the extended opening hours, flexibility for late nights and weekend work is essential. Essential Experience – Please do not apply unless you can demonstrate all the below Previous General Management experience ideally within a fast-paced retail, hospitality or leisure environment Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience driving business growth and revenue generation Experience of leading a large team within an extremely high customer focused service driven environment which includes VIPs and regular visitors Experience of managing change programmes whilst building a positive culture Fanatical about delivering unrivalled customer experience Excellent leader / communicator, able to collaborate with the wider business Leadership Characteristics - We are looking for that will make you successful You will have to be a great people leader, building an inclusive, trusting and high performing culture. You will coach, mentor and inspire your team to achieve their full potential and will work with them to understand each of their development needs. You will need to promote a culture of high engagement, instilling the confidence in your teams to deliver top customer service. General Managers must have a strong commercial acumen You will be a strong, communicative Leader who is able embrace change and improvement. You will be inquisitive and always look to innovate, if you think something can be better, or you spot something that needs changing, speak up. Your role will be bigger than your venue; your stakeholders and peers will be based all over the UK, across multiple functions and with multiple priorities; building great relationships with them, influencing and networking as much as you can, will be key to your success.
