A place where you feel comfortable is a place where you can do your very best work. Overview of the role We’re looking for a new full-time Club Manager at our Queens Park work club. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, we’re looking for someone who cares about people, small businesses, and the surrounding community. We think that this is a hugely exciting role and we’re looking for a talented and passionate individual to come and join the team and lead our efforts in Queens Park. As Club Manager, you will be entrusted to ‘own’ the Queens Park location with the freedom to infuse it with your own personality and ideas. What we are looking for You love people. Bringing them delight & joy lights you up You are an ‘includer’, passionate about making sure no one feels left out Highly organised and can handle multiple spinning plates Ability to think creatively and critically Willingness to roll up your sleeves and make things happen Capacity to solve problems Desire to learn and try new things Responsibilities The job role is extremely varied and covers all that is involved in the smooth day to day running of the work club, handling sales leads and hosting our members. It will include: Community Building and Events Hosting members and building relationships on a daily basis. Organising member events and various ‘member delight’ initiatives. Workspace operations Making sure the workspace is a well oiled machine so members can work productively. Keeping it fully stocked with supplies, clean & tidy. Ensuring the technology and facilities are all fully functioning. Sales and Marketing Sales: Handling leads and managing them via our CRM system. Carrying out tours. Content: Writing the newsletter, and contributing to the social media & Google My Business. Collaborations: Building relationships with external community leaders and local businesses. Role details Permanent, full-time, salaried position: £35,000 We offer a competitive benefits package including a company funded pension plan and personal growth and development opportunities. The working environment and your development You’ll spend 2 days per week hosting the work club by yourself, so you will be a self-starter and happy to take responsibility when alone. As well as a high degree of autonomy in the role, we are a collaborative team and wherever possible find opportunities to support each other and unite in person as a team. You will also be supported at all times by the Managing Director and will receive training for each element of your role. We’re committed to investing in your growth. Our goal is that if/when you leave you will be a totally different entity to when you started. You will have learned about multiple different elements of running a small business and hosting a community, and developed a range of new skills.
