Associate Director – Real Estate M&A Advisory

About the Role We are partnering with a leading global advisory platform to identify an Associate Director for its growing Real Estate M&A Advisory practice. This is a high-profile opportunity to work at the intersection of complex, high-value transactions and strategic growth initiatives within the real estate sector. The team advises on a wide range of corporate and asset transactions across residential, hospitality, leisure, healthcare, and mixed-use portfolios . You’ll be working directly with senior leadership on live deals while also shaping the future direction of the practice. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and manage the execution of real estate M&A transactions, including corporate acquisitions/disposals, joint ventures, platform investments, and equity/debt raisings. Structure deals involving both operating platforms and underlying assets (including JV promote and profit-share structures). Develop, review, and refine detailed financial models and investment materials for client and investor presentations. Work closely with investors, developers, operators, and corporate leadership teams to deliver commercially robust solutions. Contribute to the team’s strategic growth by identifying opportunities to refine service offerings and expand sector coverage. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
