Outside Services Manager Site Manager GROVE PARISH COUNCIL is looking for a highly motivated Outside Services Manager SCP 24 – 27 £35,412 to £39,152; Permanent contract for 37 hours per week. The Council is seeking to appoint an ambitious hands-on Manager to oversee the maintenance of the Council’s Parks and Open Spaces facilities. This is a busy and demanding role including the management of a team of 5 outdoor staff working to deliver services across an ever-expanding Grove. You will be responsible for maintenance of the Council’s parks; allotments; sports pitches; play areas; skate park; cemetery and public open spaces. You will also be the Council’s Health and Safety Advisor and must have an awareness of health and safety and legislative regulations. The successful candidate will be expected to be appointed to the role Outside Services Manager in the first two weeks of January 2026.
